Attaching the infant car seat by using the Britax Römer Baby Safe i-Size Flex Base or the Baby Safe i-Size Base (not included in delivery!) is very simple. Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. Alternatively, you can install the infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by using your car's own seat belt.
At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.
The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The side impact protection technology provides double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.
The 5-point safety belt is perfectly suitable for your child. It keeps him safe in the shell and distributed the forces that occur in the event of an impact via five different points. The padded headrest as well as the shoulder straps can be adjusted easily and with only one hand - that way, they can be adapted perfectly to the size of your child.
Tip: Please make sure that the headrest is always in the correct position above the shoulders of your child.
The sun canopy offers protection against wind and sunshine. 非洲之行首團購周年慶站 習近平抵塞內加爾訪問兩天
（路透塞內加爾首都達卡21日電）中國國家主席習近平今天抵達塞內加爾進行兩天訪問，將簽署多項雙邊協議。這是習近網友一致推薦搶購平非洲訪問行的首站，低廉中國貸款正不斷湧入非洲，交換簽署礦物和建築等合約。
如今中國與非洲的貿易已超越任何其他國家，這是習近平展開已廢除任期限制的第2個國家主席任期以來的第2次搶先看特價商品外訪，他此行還將走訪盧安達和南非，出席金磚五國（BRICS）高峰會。金磚五國的成員包括巴西、俄羅斯、印度、中國和南非。
中國持續拉攏非洲，與美國形成鮮明對比，美國總統川普對非洲大陸鮮少興趣。
習近平將第3度會晤塞內加爾總統薩爾（Macky Sall）並簽署多項協議。塞內加爾媒體今年3月引述中國駐塞內加爾大使張迅表示，中國於2017年已在塞內加爾投資了1億美元。
非洲正如火如荼展開各種基礎建設計畫，由中國負責管理及提供低廉融資，這是習近平提出的「一帶一路」倡議的一部分。
中國已承諾為項計畫提供1260億美元，支持者稱讚這是開發中世界的重要融資來源。在塞內加爾，中國提供的貸款被用來資助興建連結首都達卡（Dakar）和第2大城圖巴（Touba）的一條幹道，以及達卡半島一座工業園區的一部分。中央社(翻譯)
希望起飛 治癌不放棄
在台灣，平均每六十分鐘就有一?四九人罹患肺癌，且肺癌高居女性癌症死亡率之首。許多人誤以為只有抽菸是肺癌危險因子，其實很多不抽菸的女性依然罹患肺癌。隨著母親節將至，肺癌微電影《希望起飛夢想肺揚》正式上映，改編自女性肺癌真實患者故事，細膩刻劃出女性患者面對自己罹患肺癌時的心境，希望藉此鼓勵肺癌患者面對疾病積極治療不放棄。使用第一線健保給付不可逆標靶藥物，是肺癌晚期治療重要起步，能減輕經濟負擔並延長存活期，患者更能安心治療無後顧之憂。
《希望起飛夢想肺揚》內容描述一位熱愛打非洲鼓的媽媽佩珊（化名），在準備表演前突然出現劇咳與喘的現象，就醫後發現腫瘤已有些蔓延、肺部出現輕微積水，被診斷出罹患晚期肺癌，病情變化得很快，得知罹病時的當下讓她傷心不已，詢問醫生「我還可以活多久？」。所幸在丈夫及小孩的鼓勵與支持下，女主角決定勇敢接受治療，不逃避、不退卻，就像開花的豆苗一樣，雖是逆境，卻也是希望的開始。
台北榮總腫瘤醫學部顧問教授蔡俊明醫師表示，肺癌治療就像生命的接力賽一樣，第一棒往往是決定成功的關鍵因，善用第一線健保給付不可逆標靶藥物，可以提供病人良好的整體存活率。值得注意的是，如果不可逆標靶藥放在第二線以後才使用，就必須自費，不應輕易放棄健保給付第一線治療肺癌的機會。
國人肺癌病患人數最多的是肺腺癌，約占總數一半，而女性肺癌患者更高達八成為肺腺癌。針對EGFR-TK突變之局部晚期或轉移性之非小細胞肺癌患者，在適合狀況下，建議第一時間採用不可逆標靶藥物，以搶得治療先機。蔡俊明醫師表示，很多人聽到晚期肺腺癌就放棄治療希望，其實晚期肺腺癌不等於末期，透過健保給付不可逆標靶藥物，可以抑制癌細胞同時減少化療的副作用，讓患者生活品質大躍進。建議患者不要隨便放棄治療希望，需與醫師討論如何運用健保資源，由醫師量身打造最適當的個人治療方式，讓生命透過積極治療持續延長美好的生活與希望。欲欣賞完整版《希望起飛夢想肺揚》，請至：https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJwAJqxYPb8。
